Dennis Teston and Brooklyn Yoga Project

Join Dennis Teston and Ossi Raveh (Brooklyn Yoga Project) in beautiful Sicily. Dennis has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1996.  Over the years he has studied with and has been inspired by a number of teachers such as Cyndi Lee, Dharma Mittra, Bryan Kest, and Michael Stone among so many others. Dennis guides a challenging and fun yoga class incorporating intelligent sequencing, hands-on adjustments, and posture modifications to ensure everyone leaves feeling successful and, most importantly, to open the body, mind, and soul.

 Brooklyn Yoga Project has been opened by Ossi Raveh 8 years ago. Ossi chose to dedicate her life to the practice of yoga in the hopes of offering its power to the world around her. BYP has allowed her to live and fulfill this dream. When she founded BYP she set out to build a unique and beautiful space where everyone in the neighborhood could find safety and solace within the bright lights of New York City. She was introduced to the movement, intentional breath work, and life-changing philosophy of yoga over 20 years ago.
