Yandara Yoga’s 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is Yoga Alliance Certified. Join us for 14 days of heartfelt yoga practices including daily morning yoga flows, meditation, pranayama, yogic philosophy and more. Our professional curriculum has been developed over two decades of devotion and dedication to teaching thousands of certified Yoga Alliance Yoga Teachers. Your training will include practice teaching time with personal feedback from teachers and peers, basic pose alignment, hands-on-assists, as well as cueing from the heart. You will learn to guide your students to be aware of their sensations and how to move safely in the pose.
